"Superb"
Breakfast was healthy and tasty. Our hosts Judith and Doc were extremely friendly accommodating- they worked with my flight schedule so that I could check in late and had some really enjoyable breakfast conversations. The house is beautiful, a historic brick charmer in the South Broadway area just off the main drag, right close to good food and drink and coffee. The bed was very comfortable and our room was clean and well stocked. The price to value ratio was exceptional, I was hard pressed to find comfortable, clean lodging at this price point with a nutritious breakfast and a convenient location in Denver. Judith's photography is also a delight to look at and decorate the house.

I liked the style and feeling of Judith’s and Doc’s home - and I say home because it isn’t a minimalist 21st place to ‘put your head down overnight’. Well - I did, but I feel as though they have shared a ‘little piece’ of them. And I Thank You. The nearest light rail station is ALAMEDA.

We had a great stay at Off Broadway B & B and can highly recommend it! The hosts (and their 2 dogs) are very welcoming and made our stay very easy. It is an old house from 1892 in a rather subcultural neighborhood (that really transforms from day to night), which overall adds to its charme. All rooms are spacious and have everything you will need (and great photography!), the beds are especially spacious and will provide you with a good night sleep! The breakfast is a true B&B gem - with home-made grenola, freshly made eggs, good coffee and very tasty baked goods. You will have your breakfast with the other guests and Judith and we liked this communal spirit! We dared to come without a car to an American city, but the B&B is in walking distance to downtown Denver (30-40min walk) or you can take a bus in this direction, which you can reach just around the corner. This bus also takes you to Union Station and from there you can easily reach the airport.

From the first moment of walking in, I immediately felt like I was at home. Judy and Doc couldn't of done anything more to make me feel more welcome!! Great location to all the trans systems which made it super easy for me to explore all I wanted to see on my trip to Denver and surrounding areas.

Kind and personable hosts, cute doggos, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good AC, and delicious breakfast. Truly a traditional/proper B&B in a historic home. We were attending an event elsewhere, but the location is hard to beat if you want to experience local eateries and nightlife.

Loved Judith and Doc’s welcoming spirit. The house is really cool! Judith was able to accommodate an earlier check-in which helped us immensely with our evening’s plans. The bed was huge and super comfy. And Lucy and Wilson (doggies) are super sweet.

The location was fabulous. This was our second stay. Judith and Doc are nice, courteous! Enjoyed our stay. Having their dogs on property was a plus.Good luck and hope to see stay with them in future.

Quiet, cozy B&B within a neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and bars. Hosts are extremely friendly. Delicious, fresh made breakfest. I just can recommend the "Off Broadway".

What a good way to start a journey. We were welcomed warm-heartedly by Judith and her two golden doodles Wilson and Lucy. Our room had everyhing we needed, plus the bed was super comfortable and soft. The breakfast was also a highlight, not only super tasty but also super nice to sit and chat with Judith and other travellers. The neighbourhood offers a lot of restaurants and bars and little shops + Downtown Denver is in Walking distance. Recommended.

Beautiful old house in a neighborhood of beautiful old houses. I didn't have time to explore, but the area looks interesting. Judith, Doc & dogs were great hosts. Super comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast, thank you, Judith. Loved the Tom Hanks Castaway moment at the start when you were calling Wilson (dog) back.

The room was very clean and comfy. My hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I got to hang out with their lovely dogs too. Breakfast was great and the property felt really unique. I'd definitely stay again.

What a fun and unique experience. We loved touring the house and seeing all of its antique aspects. Judy was a delight to chat with over breakfast, and her home made granola was delicious.

Lovely hosts that provided great conversation and suggestions around to eat. Dogs were cute! Breakfast was good. Judith makes great eggs, and lots of fruits, granola and yogurt type stuff is provided. Bed was plenty comfortable. Had a nice bathroom attached to our room and the shower had good hot water. House is old and has a lot of character as well as having Judith's talented photography lining the walls. We were lucky and got upgraded to the front room with a balcony facing the street. We would come back for sure!

Judith and Doc and their two dogs Wilson and Lucy are super friendly. I had a very pleasant conversation with Judith and two other guests over breakfast the morning I left. The neighborhood is lots of fun, especially for a younger crowd, tho it is a little rough at the edges.
